Life is full of exciting opportunities and possibilities, but it is also full of hard and difficult things. Unfortunately, we often focus on the hard and difficult things with cautions and limitations that short us on what we could be experiencing or accomplishing. There is a big difference between “Yes, but..” and “Yes, and…” “Yes, but…” focuses on all the things that could go wrong or the limitations, where as “Yes, and…” opens up our minds to more.
