MMMMM...Food. So much of our lives are centered around food. We gather to eat, we schedule around it, we make lists of favorite places in favorite cities, and spend hours making food. Food is awesome, except when it’s not. Sometimes food can control us. To be honest, its not just food. We tend to get hyper focused and even sometimes somewhat addicted to some of life’s pleasures. It’s true that too much of a good thing can be bad for us...Food, coffee, social media, hobbies, working out, shopping, and even work can become our sole focus in life.
