While most of us would not call ourselves “control freaks” or at least not readily admit it, we all have some desire for control in our lives. In the chaos of our daily lives, we often try to find some semblance of control in the places within our immediate influence. However, sometimes our need for control grows beyond that which we can actually control and can manifest in ways that are unhealthy. Addiction, hyper focus, and lack of balance are all symptoms of our need for control.
